Early-bird Discount Registration up to Nov. 1, 2008
• with shared accommodation: 725 EUR
• with single accommodation: 825 EUR
     
Registration after Nov. 1, 2008
• with shared accommodation: 775 EUR
• with single accommodation: 875 EUR
     
The seminar fee is for 10 nights in Naggar including hotel, breakfast and lunch, as well as morning and afternoon tea.

If you are coming with your spouse or a friend (who will not be attending the seminar) and you would like to share a double room with him or her, the fee for room, breakfast and lunch for that person is 225 EUR.
     

About Payment

We will send you the details by email on how to complete the payment when we receive your registration submission.

Two methods of payment are available: 1. Bank to Bank Transfer      2. Bank Cheque/Money Order

To secure your place at the seminar please complete your payment within 15 days of receiving the bank details.

If you are unable to pay in full you can pay a deposit of 200 Euro and pay the balance (525 Euro) before 1st November 2008.

     
Cancellation Policy
If bookings are cancelled, the amount of refund will be dependent on the following:
• If canceling before November 1, 2008, all fees/deposit will be refunded less an administrative charge of 30 EUR.
• If canceling between November 1, 2008 and March 1, 2009, 50% of the fee/deposit will be refunded.
• No refunds can be given for bookings cancelled after March 1, 2009.
